So why do most SMEs entrepreneurs hesitate to make the leap?  In the past, in order to have ERP or CRM or HRMs software implied a very large investment was required. More than the investment, many smaller enterprises, most of them out of the city, were obstructed by the lack of skilled resources or support. Most of the factors like these conspired to keep businesses from unlocking their true potential. Karnataka Small & Medium Business Owner’s Association (KSMBOA) realizes the fact that there are many obstacles faced by an entrepreneur due to lack of resources, government and corporate norms, lack of skilled workforce etc. Hence KSMBOA aims to make sure that all the resources are made accessible to the SMEs, train and educate the businesses so that they can implement the highest technology in the market and have the competitive edge over others and flourish to their full potential.
