The company had recently appointed Redington as an exclusive logodistributor for its entire product portfolio and is looking for an aggressive growth plan IP-COM CEO Boat Quan had visited second time in last 8 months and had few closed meeting with Indian IP-COM customers and partners to take the stock of the strategy and policies IP-COM India is setting up to support its partners and benefit their customers.  Quan said “India is our focused and key markets and we are committed to ensure high quality product, healthy and channel friendly strategy”

In the first phase IP-COM will strategically focus on partner training program in which IP-COM Value Added Distributors across the country going to get trained and then the selected SI’s of the region  training would be in three parts sales training, presales training and hands on the technical training. For this IP-COM has pulled in three Sr Product Managers directly from IP-COM Head Quarters to provide specialised training and educating the SIs and VADs through various training programs across the country.
 
IP-COM has already marked its presence in all the major Tier -1 and Tier -2 cities by appointing Value Added Distributors across the region. It is also in sync with Indian Prime Minister’s vision of Digital India, Make in India, and Smart City concepts.
 
“We are expanding and in this process we are committed to appoint local sales and support team as we move forward as well as we are planning to expand our channel-base by appointing mid-sized and small SIs. Identification of SIs will be a joint effort along with Redington and regional VAD, which has presence across the country and has large community of partners spread across Indian cities ranging from small resellers to SI’s, We also welcome all interested partners to join hands with IP-COM” said, Pinaki Chatterjee, Director Sales India and SAARC IP-COM Networks.
